We'd also like to express concern about C'tis's dominion, now that we can see a temple in a province adjacent to our's. If we see another temple south of that, we're going to have to put in our three-turn declaration.
Edit: Actually, we'd like to put in our three-turn declaration now, as of turn 7 turn 9. This is not an indication that we have decided on war. We just need to keep our options open, since your dominion is... looking like it could become problematic. We'll assess our situation in the upcoming turns and decide if we want to renegotiate a new NAP before this one expires. If it does come to war, orders on turn 9 12 to land in 11 13 is my understanding. But I am hoping it won't come to that.
P.S. I apologize. I have no idea why I thought it was turn 7, I probably should have double-checked before posting. Corrections made.

To both T'ien Chi and Ashdod
Our forcessss will be taking 1 more province before moving in a different direction. We hope that should keep our dominion from spreading unwantedly.
In regardssss to that temple Ashdod, we are building a fort next to our capital there, we mean no harm in doing thissss

Greetings to: Man. We are moving into Pania this turn, but have no aspirations farther to the East.
We also offer a NAP, valid until one faction or the other proposes fracturing it with 3 turns notice.
Also: will trade Water or Air gems for Death gems 1:1, up to like 10 or so. In case there is anyone as interested in starting a Water or Air economy as we are in starting a death economy.

[sfv]We accept the offer from Caelum, and affirm that we have no interest in Pania. We would like to take Olypha and Druid Land, however, and assume that you don't object.[/sfv]FrankTrollman wrote:Greetings to: Man. We are moving into Pania this turn, but have no aspirations farther to the East.

We greet two new neighbors, Caelum and Man. We had no idea you were both so close. We've been scouting other directions.
@Caelum, we hope there are no hard feelings over the accidental skirmish and that our current border is acceptable. We extend the standard NAP3 your way.
@Pan Man (oops, forgetting which game I'm in; close enough), we're claiming Boddern Weald, and we'll see where things stand after that. We're running out of places to expand. We would also like to extend the standard NAP3 to you.

[Latin-y/Roman accent] Greetings from the Imperium of Pythia. We look forward to peace, but our legions shall crush any who oppose the will of our immortal God Emperor Renatus.[end]
Yeah, so that's about all the in character whats-it I have in me. Just saw Abyssia and I think Caelum this past turn or two. Shall we negotiate borders and the standard jazz?

We accept your NAP offer. We are also happy to leave you Borale, province 45 and 39, and everything north of that. [/sfv]

Tien Chi: We appreciate the ingenuity of using mercenaries to enter the water. However you should know and understand that Whirling Sea is right next to our capital, and if you capture it, we will take it from you. We are under Non-Aggression, but we also do not and cannot consider our conquest of provinces directly adjacent to Caelum itself to be an act of aggression against anyone.
We are telling you this publicly and directly before you decide to expand your underwater holdings in that direction in the hope that this way unfortunate misunderstandings can be avoided as we move forward.

So I'm establishing a border with Caelum and Tien'Chi.
Caelum: Province 38 is currently between my expanding army and your fort, shall we discuss a NAP and who gets it.
Tien'Chi: I see you in 70, Curious as to your expansion aims in 59 & 54, also would like to make a NAP if possible, if we end up splitting 59 and 54 I would say I prefer 59 due to neat-nesses sake despite it being inferior for income.
I will await responses before submitting my turn, unless, of course, the deadline comes up.
EDIT 1: Also I see Tien'Chi is by far the largest in terms of territory, while I am still the smallest, so don't mind me being bold if I say I want both 59 and 54, which of course, I do.

How do you feel about Trencebor (38).
I could use it to enter the other seas.
This is acceptable for us, 54 for us. 59 (and 48) for you.TNT90 wrote:Tien'Chi: I see you in 70, Curious as to your expansion aims in 59 & 54, also would like to make a NAP if possible, if we end up splitting 59 and 54 I would say I prefer 59 due to neat-nesses sake despite it being inferior for income.
And we can free the sea (28, etc.).

Naturally, we'd prefer to have Trencebor than not, and while we don't own it we obviously could choose to do so at any time. It's a choke-point for both of us either way. Since there are funky negotiations going on, and the armies of three different nations next to it, we have chosen to not move into 38 this turn.
We would agree to a NAP. The question is: what possible concessions can you offer us to not take 38? As you noted, we have a fort next door, so it would benefit our production more than a random province.

What? Because you are small you want to bully me to give you more free provinces?TNT90 wrote:EDIT 1: Also I see Tien'Chi is by far the largest in terms of territory, while I am still the smallest, so don't mind me being bold if I say I want both 59 and 54, which of course, I do.
I hope your diplomatic adviser gets hanged. Do that to your military advisers too.
I'll stand by my above message:
If you want more, take it with the force of your arms. Or try it at least.T'ien Chi wrote:This is acceptable for us, 54 for us. 59 (and 48) for you.
@Caelum: Not interested in 38 anymore, keep it.
Woah, woah, woah, that wasn't supposed to be a threat, was just saying that I would like the province as any player would.
But don't think I'll let you bully me either as the bigger nation. I'm inexperienced, but still a sovereign nation damn it.
But lets keep things simple, I'll attack 59. You do what you will with 54. We'll discuss what to do next after this turn. Procrastination!
As with regards to province 38 I don't really care, I say whoever gets there first, suffice to say I'm not attacking this turn either.

We think such things are unnecessarily dramatic. However, we accept a NAP with a 3-turn dismissal clause with Abysia. Your lands are terrible and virtually unlivable due to the climate, so we have no real desire to go in after you. It seems likely that Abysians feel the same way about our lands. Our border is small, and it seems reasonable to just leave it where it is.
