A Good Deathwatch game?

When Deathwatch RPG first came out, I was rather hyped about a squad-based tactics rpg game. Sadly DW turned out to be... not as good as one could have hoped. But are there any such games that are worth playing?

It's 40k with d20 system.
There's also Warp Cult which is meant to be a skirmish game with advancement like Necromunda/Mordheim:
