He mentioned his scales already. O3D3L1, I think.Zinegata wrote:If you don't have Misfortune scales you have my sympathies. Fuckity fuckstar. That's what I get for having an AI report to do. Would you be OK with a do-over?

I'd rather not, but if it's cool with other people I'm not going to object, especially since I'm sure that stale really hurt you and I don't want to see you lose interest in the game or go AI.

I haven't even looked at the new turn yet, and mitigating some of the ridiculous screwage that has happened since the restart (probabilitistically, I absolve myself of all guilt! The conditional probability of <bad shit> was totally independent of the restart!) might be worthwhile. As a general rule, it's kind of bad practice, but so was the restart and this game has been mf'ing ridiculous anyway.
I have no strong feelings one way or another.

My only request is that if there is a rollback that the next turn not be due until...6 AM GMT on Sunday? I have no idea what is going to happen with regards to the turn schedule if we do a rollback and I will be at work until 3 AM GMT or so.
Edit: I realize that it seems silly for me to "request" that when I am the one with the admin password, but I'm not the only one with the admin password because I'm not going to be around to implement any decisions made in the next 18+ hours.

I've forgotten how to count NAP's. Assume you break an NAP on turn 13. Does that mean:
Turn 13: Peace
Turn 14: Peace
Turn 15: Peace
Turn 16: Orders to attack.
Turn 17: Attacks land.
?
Edit: NAP-3. Should specify that.
Turn 13: Peace
Turn 14: Peace
Turn 15: Peace
Turn 16: Orders to attack.
Turn 17: Attacks land.

I would count thus:
13: the other gets the chancelation (and has time to change his orders) - peace
14: peace
15: orders to attack, but still no fights - peace
16: war
13: the other gets the chancelation (and has time to change his orders) - peace
14: peace
15: orders to attack, but still no fights - peace
16: war

Server says no 2h file has been received for Shinuyama. So yeah, you'll have to submit orders for turn 8, which is being replayed.
That goes for everyone but C'tis, who has already submitted their turn.
Also, Mictlan agrees to an NAP-3 with Ashdod.

I submitted my turn and then postponed hosting because I really don't want Shinuyama to stale:
So, uh, submit your turn, dude!Llamaserver wrote:Hosting postponed for DenNoobsTwo by 12 hours. The game will now host at 19:48 GMT on Sunday May 27th.
Please note that this information will not be updated on the game status page for a few minutes.

O hai dere, Sheeenuyahmah. As a token of friendship and good will, we'll let you have provinces 76 and 64. We want to lay claim to 69 and 52. Hope that's all good.
We would also like to announce that we are open for business, and will make Dwarven Hammers for discerning customers. We prefer payment in Death gems, but we can negotiate.

[SV]DSMatticus wrote:@C'tis, you've also ran into Ashdod this turn, it seems. We're interested in everything to the east of the wraparound (including 23), but otherwise no further. Unless your capital is in 16 or something, in which case we'll have to think a little harder about where to draw the border.
Greetingsss Ashdod
We are perfectly happy with thissss border arrangement, and we would like to offer an NAP-3 along with thissss arrangement.

C'tis: Your hammer is being forged this turn. If you wanna send the gems next turn, we'll send you the hammer.
I may want to add that we can, and will, craft almost any item with Const 2 as a requirement. We take payment in Death gems, but if the item needs a type of gem we lack, we need the resources too.

We already control 11, and 5 is a swamp.
You can have 9, we would like 5 and 8. Unlesssss of course you would like to compromise?
