PC personality tests?

Does anyone know of any good "personality quizzes" to help guide roleplaying? Covering things like ethics, motivation, ideals, how one acts in a variety of situations etc.

In fact, a source for random personality generation would be fantastic too for a upcoming hex crawl.

Funny you should ask for: motivation; ethics; ideals.

Those are the key personality components that After Sundown has in its character creation process. You might want to look at them.
