or: spend 173,202.5 gp outfitting my Warlock.
We're approaching the end of the campaign, and our gear has been woefully inadequate for quite some time now. I think our DM realized this, and we ended up hitting a dragon horde that gave us just over the normal wealth by level guidelines each. I think he's expecting a full re-equip for everybody.
So: realistic optimization levels, official generic stuff allowed without question, setting specific stuff authorized per item by the DM...what would you do?
This warlock was melee focused early in the game, backing off for blast and CC lately; have a single level of hellfire warlock and effectively 13 levels of warlock.
What would you recommend?
What should a lvl 14 D&D 3.5 Character be geared like

Have a look at this thread, it's useful for figuring out where you need to put your gold and abilities to be relevant at mid-to-high levels.
