Which is not to say that I haven't run across some homosexual pornography in the course of my research and other interests. If you like lesbians, you're spoilt for choice; with my vote for "nerdiest" probably going to xXxenophile. If you like male homosexual porn, I'm not sure I'm much of one to judge - it depends entirely on what you like in terms of body structure and relationships, since in my limited experience it seems that the "roles" (twinks, bears, straight-turned-gay, etc.) are generally much tighter. If you want me to talk specifically about Mythos-themed porn, I could mention a few things. Otherwise, I think the best I could recommend are the two Smut Peddler anthologies from Iron Circus, which are sex-positive comics that cover a very wide range of genres, body types, orientations and genders, etc. from some leading webcartoonists, including the Oglaf gal. Some of them are very nerdy indeed.

Male homosexual, yes. Print and prose are more interesting to me in general than video, but right now I specifically need to find video. Mythos-themed would be great, especially if it's in any way arousing. I'm not too particular about roles. Twinks is fine, I guess, or twink/bear. The ostensible orientations of the participants are not important. "Relationships," I'm not sure what is meant.

Hnn. A very scarce genre, that. The closest thing in video is the non-pornographic film Cthulhu (2007), which is sort of a homosexual version of "The Shadow over Innsmouth." For 2 guys/1 girl there's the (very old) hardcore pornographic film Teenage Twins, which centers around a copy of the Necronomicon, swingers, and the aforementioned twin ladies, but there's no real male-on-male contact there.

What about anime? There must be at least one male homosexual hentai anime in existence, and that's sort of Lovecraftian. And anime is inherently nerdy in this society.

If there is, I am unaware of it. I mean, there's doujinshi, sure, but that's print. The yaoi anime market is much smaller than the heterosexual anime market, and stuff that is obviously Mythos (rather than, say, surprise tentacle buttsex) is scarcer still - I'm not aware of any male homosexual hentai anime. Not saying it doesn't exist, but if it exists I doubt it's been translated.

Google and twenty seconds informs me that apparently there is lots of yaoi hentai anime.

I looked into this and found a review of the soundtrack. It is supposedly very good, unless the reviewer was trolling. Said reviewer also asserted that the film features actual twins, a possibility which had honestly never occurred to me.

Twincest is a big fetish. I understand that a lot of the porn involving 'relatives' is false, but cases where the participants are clearly closely related - especially identical twins - bring in a lot of attention and money. I still think your best bet is homosexually-themed anime. Other than that, I'm reasonably sure all kinds of porn are similar, which means 'clever and geeky' is going to be exceptionally rare. And if you want 'good' on top of that... well, that's awfully subjective.
