Dipsomancy's binary significant charging is only one of the problems with the school. The other problem is that it's the most powerful school with virtually no limitations on what you can do. You can put souls into bottles and drink their skills. You can manipulate luck. You replace every skill with Dipsomancy. Even without significant charges, dipsomancy is just better than every other school because it has no limits on what it can do.

Gotta disagree with that. All of the powers, IIRC, are conceptually linked to heavy drinking. Even if it's merely a pun - like the double meaning of 'spirits' allowing Dipsomancers mastery over the consumption of demons.
