Ok, currently the only mostly complete portion of the revision is the "core rules" document, which is here (pretty sure that link should be accessible with the correct view sharing settings...). It is meant to cover basically all the underlying rules for the system and be the guidelines and building blocks for the rest, the rest being basically the meat and flesh of the skills, items, etc...
