I would not eat that. It's basically lemon jello. But it does look cool.

Makes sense to me, of course you'd want your theme park to have an "exotic" setting.

It probably has a lot to do with the Netherlands historical connection to Japan. Doesn't the Japanese word for western science literally translate as "Dutch learning?"

Do you have to be at least 6 feet tall to work there?

Samurai Champloo had a lot of weird "the Dutch are great" stuff too. I can see it being a cultural thing that have. Most places do.

Being the only trading partner with your country for 250 years probably results in some weird cultural favoritism.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koxinga

Koxinga's a Japanese/Chinese pirate/Ming Loyalist who defeated the Dutch in Taiwan, and his exploits got turned into a popular kabuki play during the Tokugawa isolationist period:

The Dutch took the loss in good humor and cracked jokes that their left behind wives and daughters will be a delight to Chinese men used to mean Chinese wives

This version of the "Hollow Earth" thing doesn't contain dinosaurs and princesses. Or even dinosaur princesses.

The Cellular Cosmology article wrote:Koreshanity has several nutty beliefs, including reincarnation
Is this racist or is every belief system considered nutty by them?

It's rationalwiki. They reflexively take the anti-religious position on every topic, regardless of the merits. Admittedly, reincarnation is almost certainly incorrect. But the fact that rationalwiki thinks that is largely accidental. It is instructive to note that their page on reincarnation spends more time talking about judeo-christian belief in reincarnation than it does about hindu/buddhist beliefs on the subject, and more time talking about 'past life regression' woo than about either of those combined.

So... only a little bit, then. A shame they have to focus on the most boring kinds of reincarnation.
