How do I wrote tables

I was about to post some stuff for my project but that standard BBCode tables seem not to work for me
ex.

Is there somthing I'm doing wrong

Wrong tags. Did you read the FAQ as instructed by the Table button tooltip?

Yeah, basically your problem is that this form uses [/td][td] and [/td][/tr][tr][td] instead of [td] and [tr]

After my last table-using project I just PMmed myself a block including all the relevant table commands. I copy and edit it for anything else:
It looks like this, cut, edit and paste if that helps:
