There's an extremely recent extremely big actual warish offensive going on in Palestine and Isreal right now, specifically out of Gaza.

It appears in a very we don't know what is going on in the early stages sense that Hamas has broken out of Gaza and started taking settlements in the nearby area and the Israeli military has been backfooted. No doubt they are/will respond with mass murder and blowing up every hospital and house they can find at some point, but in the near term they have to decide if they want to do actual ground war too or not.

That means it's time for every person in the US government (or anywhere else) to announce that Ukraine must be destroyed and Russia are the true heroes except they put Palestine in the place of the word Ukraine and Isreal in the place of Russia, because it turns out everyone loves military conquest as long as you win the conquest.

Zelensky is doing some dumb thing about how terrorism is the worst thing ever (where the terrorism in question is soldiers with AKs seizing land, which you know...... is a lot like a war, not really terrorism, why are resistance movements against occupiers terrorism even when they do it with soldiers again? Because they aren't white?) Fetterman and every other democrat is doing "I unequivocably condemn this UNPROVOKED attack" about the most provoked attack that has ever existed in all of history and even Sanders is condemnding the "horrifying" attack because there is no justification for violence apparently! Did you know there is no justification for violence? Weird that all of the Israeli violence seemed to be justified!

(Sanders will condemn your average Israeli explicitily genocidal bombing run against Gaza, but apparently doesn't consider a permanent seige on Gaza by snipers shooting every child that comes within line of sight of their guns violence that needed any condemnation.)

I mean yeah, the Israeli response to this is "our explicit policy called mowing the grass where every few years we mass murder as many Palestinians in Gaza as we can and destroy all their hospitals and stuff to make sure they never have the manpower or resources to build any coherent military that can oppose our permanent seige of Gaza didn't work, guess we have to literally kill every single Palestinian in Gaza" instead of "what if mass murdering thousands of people and blowing up all their hospitals might convince them to try to break out past our seige with low grade weapons even if it probably doesn't work."

Impressive how the narrative switched very quickly from "evil Hamas has captured villages" to just claiming the people armed with guns trying to take villages were terrorists doing terrorism, because they didn't hold the land when the tanks showed up, because they realized that was much better for their propaganda which they are going to need to justify their acceleration of the genocide.

Suddenly all the "it's bad to kill civilians" people are real quiet and the NYT is actively censoring Israeli government officials to make them sound less evil.

In some mild US news, the Biden admin has announced they will help genocide as many Palestinians as possible by fast tracking more bombs to the IDF and moving a carrier group off the coast to help Isreal sink any boats attempting to feed anyone in Gaza.

No food, water, or electricity for the more than 2 million people in the open-air prison of Gaza (though apparently they do get some electricity from sources other than Israel so they can hopefully keep their hospitals open to treat the victims of Israel's mass murder campaign). Bibi told people in Gaza to leave as well, which is dark as his fucking country won't let the people in Gaza leave.

Also heard some other fucker call the Palestinian people barbarians and that they would be fought against like barbarians. Looks like they're going to try and respond with even more genocide, in spite of having like 150 Israeli citizens and soldiers who are being held by Hamas. Israel truly does not give a shit about preserving human life, even the lives of its own people.

Isreal has just bombed southern lebanon, and reports from at least two sources are that the IDF is attacking locations in the West Bank as well as it's ongoing bombing of Gaza. At least 50 dead in the West Bank.

Thank god the US is around to support this genocidal project while even Israeli domestic politics is treating the government as going way too far.

Israel has moved on from it's 117 attacks on healthcare facilities and ambulances over the last week to directly bombing the hospital complex killing 200-300 people.

Can't wait for Biden to say "wow this terrible accident happened, I'm going to give them five bigger bombs to drop on the hospital complex" and for everyone to keep pretending that the Biden admin isn't completely supportive of genocide.
