I thought Thor, Zeus, and Indra had the thunder.That thunder seems to be a promiscuous one though.

I think he was a level 20 exalted cleric with the prestige class, Risen Martyr, from what I've read of it.

Probably had a coupla levels of Artificer from early in his adventuring career, tho.

Granted, the listed abilities can be met at a lower level but he also spoke of others, greater in power, which he simply chose not to use.
Furthermore, it is doubtful that a none epic PC could change the time line of his story world.

The epics would already have dwarfed the significance of his deeds.
But I digress.

This is a far deviation from "Why does mister cavern decide to rape the PC?"
