I also feel (ignoring for a second that rolling for bust size is silly) that 1d4 isn't really going to produce accurate results for such a thing. You would need a bell curve that produces mostly average results with occasional highs and lows.

I have to agree with Prak here. Breasts over a certain size, when not kept restrained by clothing, aren't all that appealing, in my experience. Then again, I've only sexed-up two large-breasted women, so I guess my experience is limited.

Yes.
I took an E cup to the face one time. Small breasts are definitely a positive thing for me.
Then it's just elbows, not breasts, which makes it better - elbows are expected to be unpleasant, breasts are not. (Not that elbows makes it fun, it just makes me hate boobs less at the end of the night).

In general it seems like skinny people are prone to being less sane. Just in my experience. At least in the United States. After all, the skinniest population is probably teenages + early twenties, which is clearly insane. And after that, people who stay skinny are probably abnormally active or anorexic. I have found that most people in general are slightly insane. Some people are insane in quirky and charming ways. Others... not so much. I have not observed a correlation between being female or skinny and being batshit insane.
