Their headline is hilarious. 'Prison companies could profit'? Prison companies will profit from an increase in incarceration. That's why you'll find them behind every three-strikes law or new 'horrible' crime that is added to the books.
In this case, it's fairly specific - a specific prison company that specifically is the governor's largest donor already has the largest contract in the state with the state and INS.
