Only if you're seven feet tall, covered in solid muscle, can stand naked in -40 weather for hours without dying, spit acid and eat rocks. Having solid bone instead of ribs and a third lung also helps.

I'm not sure if a cat hiding in a ceiling counts as bad-ass though.

Well, the balancing philosophy in WotC is that if it's stronger than a paraplegic commoner and doesn't cast spells, it's overpowered. The better the spells are, the less overpowered it is.

Seriously though, I dunno what 'my' class would be since I've got 'class abilities' that don't mesh up and feats that don't exist. Seriously, how do you write up a class that has "intelligent charsima" or 'animal empathy' and 'sniper' and 'stalker' and 'translator' and 'classical artists', 'digital artist', 'prose writer', 'accomplished asshole', 'I'm an asshole, but I'm not a bastard about it'?
