Revised Rules of the Game (grappling)

A thread on the WotC boards noted the fact that grappling has been updated. Looks like they are going for the monsters with natural attacks get attacks based on their BAB ruling. They still have it inconsistent in that this article says that an animal can attack with all its natural attacks in a grapple with a -4 penalty but in other places, like the rake description, it says only one.

What I think is really surprisingly here it that this article is actually being revised. WotC has a ton of crappy articles that don't follow the rules or just plain suck (see Funniest Thread Evar) and I do not recall WotC bothering to revise them. They were also amazingly honest about it, leaving the corrected text inside the article so people could see how ti changed, rather than pretending the current ruling has always been the ruling.

Could this be a change at WotC?

I think it's just the RotG series that's getting updated to conform with the various revisions and errata. Sage is still as wrong as ever.
