Problem with another custom race

Post by Tokorona »

THIs race is out of Redwall (although I'm about to change that, but I'd rather have the mechanics work out)

THe design behind it was a fighting Lord, that is, a fighter who's naturally tilted towards Leadership.

Soul of the Badger Lord's

[insert refrence to missing monster entry here]

* SotBL are Monsterous Humanoids, and get their HD and related bonuses.
* +2 STR, +2 WIS, +2 CON
* Medium; Medium Creatures gains no bonuses.
* SotBL base speed is 30 feet; Normal rate.
* Darkvision: SotBL can see in the dark up to 60 feet.
* +2 racial bonus on saving throws against fear
* +1 natural armor bonus to AC
* All are proficent with the following weapons: Greatsword, Longsword.
* A SotBL is immune to lycanthropy
* Considered to be wearing winter clothing all time.
* +2 racial bonus to Climb, Atheltics
* -2 racial penalty to Swim, Hide
* A SotBL can speak with any badger or badger-like lycanthrope in their native tounge. This functions as (Sp) ability.
* Automatic Languages: Common. Bonus Languages: Draconic, Elven, Sylvan, Giant, Goblin, Orc
* SotBL have 1 HD as Monsterous Humanoids [MAX ECL +1]

Soul of the Badger Lord's tend to be tall ands trone, with a fierce look like the badger they have some features in common with. They tend to be trusted in civilized lands as warrior leaders, as most are honorable.

A few things (the winter clothing) will most likely be changed to a feat I'm thinking of making, namely

WInter Adept, that would grant immunity to weather based cold at level 1, then eventually grant bonuses against [Cold] effects and such,

But beyond that, what else is wrong?
