Can someone bottom-line these Koreans reacting to western porn videos for me? I always get bored 1-2 minutes in because they're taking so goddamn long to actually tell me what Koreans think of western porn and why. So, I just watched the trailer and it done by the same company that did that godawful TMNT porn parody. The trailer hurt so much. Why couldn't Axel Braun to do it, at least then the costumes would be top-notch.

Considering the train wreck that has been the DCEU of late, it wouldn't surprise me if one of the porn parodies of Justice League or Suicide Squad or something was simply an objectively better film than the "real" one.

I actually got curious what was up with that, so I decided to check it out. Turns out Louisiana had criminalized both sodomy and bestiality under the same "crime against nature" law, so when the Supreme Court struck down sodomy laws back in 2003 that dumped bestiality into a legal grey area that the legislature never bothered to address because putting homosexuals in prison for being homosexuals was the only part of that law they ever actually cared about.

This bill "amends and reenacts" R.S. 14:89(A)(1) and "enacts" 14:89.3.

What is R.S. 14:89(A)(1)? It's the 'crime against nature' part. How did they "amend" it? By removing the bestiality part. Wait, if they removed the bestiality part, what so-called crime against nature is left to "reenact?" The unconstitutional sodomy part.

What is R.S. 14:89.3? It defines a new crime, sexual abuse of an animal, and enacts that.

So the correct headline for this is that Louisiana just explicitly voted to recriminalize sodomy, 25 to 10, with some bullshit about bestiality that pales in comparison to the significance of explicitly voting to recriminalizing sodomy, instead of doing the obvious thing and repealing their sodomy law, or just not mentioning it at fucking all, and just recriminalizing bestiality.

And now for the truly baffling part: all ten votes against were Republican. They sure as fuck weren't trying to protect homosexuals, so I'm mostly left to conclude that we've come full circle to exactly what I expected when I first saw this headline and that 10 Republicans voted for bestiality out of some smul gubment reflex or because they're perverts. But there's an extra helping of sad to go along with it, because I now know Louisiana Democrats weren't willing to not vote to recriminalize sodomy. To be fair, Louisiana's newly reaffirmed commitment to sodomy laws is still completely constitutionally unenforceable, but guess what? I still wouldn't sign my name to "homosexuals belong in prison" just because I thought someone else down the line would stop my stupidity and evil from actually sending homosexuals to prison.

Not blaming you, mind, but that claim in the article is simply factually incorrect. The relevant portion of the bill in its entirely states that a crime against nature is:

"The unnatural carnal copulation by a human being with another of the same sex or opposite sex, except that anal intercourse between two human beings shall not be deemed as a crime against nature when done under any of the circumstances described in R.S. 14:41, 42, 42.1, or 43."

Those are all rape statutes. Essentially, if you're being charged with rape, you will not also be charged with crime against nature for having committed anal intercourse as a part of the rape.
