Critique My Build: Choke-a-mancer

So, I'm making this guy for this game, and I'm wondering if there's any suggestions on what I should do to make him better that obviously occur to anyone.

VEREMPUDRA, AASIMAR ASSASSIN 6

Verempudra, garbed in silks of blurring reds and greens so dark that they brush lips with midnight black, with skin the color and texture of fresh-glazed clay from red loam, hair shaven except for a braid of black locks from the base of the skull. His equipment is hidden over his person, blending in to the folds of his clothing.

Verempudra is descended from the angelically fathered sacred hunters of the Thuggee Cult, or something very similar to it except more benevolent. He brings to justice those who have evaded it, via the sacred silk strangling cords of his deity.

IF you are at your limit for items, I'd say ignore my suggestion but if you can afford another -- I'd suggest getting a UR bonus item. If If you aren't using book of gears as it seems with your armor and weapon then you could spring for a x^2 * 100 UR competence item. It works well with your character.

I'm not QUITE at my limit, I only have about 600 GP left. However, I'm already so high in Use Rope that I can't fail any checks. Additional ranks increase my attack bonus with my Rope attacks, since I can substitute my UR ranks for BAB, but additional check bonuses don't do much for me.

I might get a +2 Spot competence item, tho.

Nihlin: What say we model the damage from my garotte off the Choker's constriction attack? It seems like sensible precedent.

Constrict (Ex)

A choker deals 1d3+3 points of damage with a successful grapple check against a Large or smaller creature. Because it seizes its victim by the neck, a creature in the choker’s grasp cannot speak or cast spells with verbal components.
