Anyhow, I like this game. I want to share that love with the two or three people that might read this thread. If you're looking for an in-depth view of this game from a charming and well-respected author, look elsewhere. Seriously, there's like a million Let's Plays of this game done by people more talented than me. However, I will promise the following:
* I will play every side quest I am aware of.
* I will play Pazaak and win the swoop races without cheating. Good lord, I hope you fucks appreciate that part. I expect to wear out my f4/f5 keys.
* I will go through both light side and dark side story. In most cases they're identical, just dark side is needlessly dickish and antagonistic about it. However, in cases there will marked differences and I intend to showcase them.
As far as mods go, here are the mods I will be using:
* TSLRCM (English) + M4-78EP (English) (adds a lot of removed content as well as the droid planet, will go into more details as I come across them)
* Power Cost Correction (for TSLRCM) (corrects some odd force point cost discrepancies)
* Workbench Crystal Attunement (allows you to attune your own crystal, a bit of a cheat but fuck you, I'm using it)
* Hide Weapons in Animations (because all the characters gesticulate holding weapons and it's annoying)
* Effixian's Zeison Sha/Jal Shey Reskins 2010 (because the default skins look ugly in my opinion)
Anyhow, let's get started. Note that the game seems to be a dick about letting me screenshot during cutscenes, I'll try to either describe what happens or link to other, more talented let's players who recorded it.

Let's check this storage room first, shall we?
And in case you were wondering:
While we're tooling around, let's check on the meatbag organic passengers.
There's a locked area of the ship where you need to take advantage of Solo mode, one of the two droids operates an airlock while the other wheels on through.
You, however, will do no such thing. A new feature in KotOR 2 is unique equipment that only certain characters can use. Not everyone gets their unique swag, but generally when you do, it's awesome. The three droid party members get the most, and it really makes a huge impact. Remember how T3 was kind of a dead weight if you didn't need his skills? Yeah, he starts with a droid weapon that has infinite charges and deals 1d6 electricity damage per level, maxing out at 10d6. For free. With infinite charges.
Later in the game he gets a shield with infinite charges and a droid utility that grants +3 vp per round. Good stuff, good stuff. I'll cover the other droids when I get to them (in Vanilla, they were dummied out, but the restored content mods add them back in. Again, will elaborate when relevant)
