Does anyone have any experience with the To Slay A Dragon adventure thingy? Is it any good? Is it at least playable? And what kind of shit to expect you have to deal with?
So far the party is made of an Oracle (melee/healer), Paladin (melee), Sorcerer (??? flavor and mascot probably) and Kineticist (yes. really). I have not decided what to play yet, I will probaly go with the usual control/support wizard shtick. but for this party this might be overkill/utterly wasted, so I also might go with something less useful. or maybe more useful. the fuck do I know. Not the point here anyway.
It seems the GM has already ran it at least once, so if there are GM hurdles assume he already ran into them and it didn't break his spirit.

According to all the dragon porn I've seen, the last one.OgreBattle wrote:To fondle a dragon ould you grow yourself to giant size, or shrink the dragon to human size? Or just crawl around like Wander on a colossus.
Anyway, my suggestion is to stack as many charisma and diplomacy bonuses as you can, until your seduction rolls are so high that the GM simply can't justify the dragon not wanting to bone you.

Don't forget your maxed Use Rope skill, in case she turns out to be a kinky one.
I feel a little bad for actually checking on the size stats for this, but eh. Enlarge Person will bring a medium-size person to Large, which is the same size category as a young adult for all but reds and golds, which are already huge by that point. That's like what, the draconic equivalent of 18ish? And while the duration is 1min/level, it can be made permanent.

It's the motion of the ocean, not the size of the wave.Berkserker wrote:Don't forget your maxed Use Rope skill, in case she turns out to be a kinky one.

And Janet van Dyne informs me that smaller actually is better.
Though Medium to Huge is more like having sex with an RV.

I figured he was talking about playing this game to get laid in meatspace (much like why people played Vampire LARPS). Thusly, was wanting to find out he can make the experience tolerable, coast on that knowledge while boning. So I am disappointed it involved nothing to do with fondling at all.
What I find wrong w/ 4th edition: "I want to stab dragons the size of a small keep with skin like supple adamantine and command over time and space to death with my longsword in head to head combat, but I want to be totally within realistic capabilities of a real human being!" --Caedrus mocking 4rries
