I'm assuming Games Workshop's Warhammer FB and 40k is at the top, but where can I find out how many minis they actually sell?
Who's number 2? 3? And so on.
Where can I find out miniatures games sales?

One of the trade magazines keeps track of sales through distributor sales in north america (and only distributor sales, and only NA, which skews the numbers)... but Warhammer Fantasy hasn't been at the top for a while. Some years they fall off the top 5 entirely (like 2007, but the French company that produced AT-43, which was on the list instead is long gone).

Keep in mind that is from 2011, and there is weirdness with putting Hordes and Warmachine as separate games, but essentially the top 3 manufacturers are GW, PP and Wyrd, in that order.
Other contenders are probably Reaper, but even with Warlord, they don't really make models for specific games.
Fucked if I know where to find data for the other years though.
As for number of actual miniatures, yeah, nobody is going to bother to share that.
