3.0 Movement Stacking

In a 3.0 game...

I am human. I have +10 feet movement from Barbarian levels. I have Boots of Striding and Springing.

Is my move 80 feet or 70 feet?

IIRC, 60 is the fastest nonmagical speed for humanoids. So BoS&S would make that 120. I'd say your move is 80.
