So Lago, what are the strengths of the caster cleric then, what do they do better than the wizard or arcanist? I've seen previous posts of yours, but the caster focused ones seemed mostly enchantment effects like (Murderous) Command and minionmancy.

So, I'm aware that I'm gonna speak some blasphemy here, but can a blaster wizard or arcanist be made decent-to-good? When I say blaster, I mean able to throw out some nuking direct damage spells, but since it's wizard and/or arcanist, they can still pull out the utility and awesomeness spells as wel...

Ecclesitheurge does make me want to make a cleric that is mechanically a cleric but flavorwise is a wizard (I just don't like supplicating myself before deities or such, it's a personal preference thing), I just always get hung up on specific domains to take. Per Lago's previous posts, I lean toward...

Not to mention Ecclesitheurge also gets a cleric version of the wizard's arcane bond item, but with the cleric's whole "knows the entire cleric list automatically" bit. So basically, 1/day spontaneous casting of any cleric spell of any level they can cast.

I'm monkeying with the Arcanist class. I find myself rather liking the Occultist archetype for a conjurer sort, due to standard action summons and plane shift as a 5th level spell. How good would Summon Neutral Monster feat be, and what would good exploits to take be besides potent magic, quick stud...

On the topic of Alchemist, what tends to be the best way to approach it for most games/situations? A bomb chucker that novas for force damage or battlefield control bombs, or the Jekyll/Hyde approach of buffing up with extracts/mutagens and wrecking in melee?

Do you want to put any sort of level range on that? The answers won't be the same at level 1 and level 20, or at various points between. And it's not like there's only one effective build of conjuration wizard, either. Well, given my group and the tendency to split the party even knowing it's a bad...

Count Arioch's balls warp time and space, so when you try to kick him there, you really end up kicking yourself there instead. Anyway, aside from being an arcane warrior of invincibility but less offense, what are some other good ways to build a mage character, particularly if I want him to be the p...

So, how would a conjurer wizard deal with foes on his own? Just by bringing summons down upon their heads? (Maybe it's a solo game or something, but at any rate I'm asking in a case of said wizard doesn't have a party backing him up, and isn't a dedicated blaster build, because apparently that sucks...

In what I will try to leave as the last installment of "How steaming is this shit?" for a while, is the mystic theurge worth anything when using the ability to qualify using spell-like abilities for minimal casting loss (that is to say, only a single level lost from your preferred caster)?

Speaking of casters in pathfinder, how does the Witch measure up? Is it just a waste of space in a world where there's already the wizard and sorcerer classes, or is it also a worthy caster class in its own right?

For another installment of worth it or not, is it worth it to play a sorcerer at any point? Like, can a sorcerer do well enough in place of a wizard in a party, or is it still just completely the wizard's red-headed stepchild?

It was probably discussed before, but I've no clue where in the past 200 pages, so I would like to ask: how worthwhile is summoning in pathfinder, particularly for a wizard? Good enough to use feats to specialize in it? Worth doing even without feats? A waste of good resources?

I'm a huge fan of Nature Fang . It's everything the ranger class should've been. But then, which do I want for my cross-list Sage caster, a Cleric or a Shaman, and why? Frankly, I don't see why you want to be a cross-class list caster so badly. It's not like 3.5E D&D where playing pre-blasphemy...
