Ultraviolet, the Polish crime show available on Netflix, was even better during season 2. If you don't mind subtitles, it's a good watch. Looking forward to season 3.

Maleficent 2 was meh. It was a story that didn't need to be told. I mean, there's not really anything wrong with the fact that it was told, but meh. It's not anything to write a review about.

Right? I remember googling things to unstuff a nose and I ended up with congestive heart failure. I tend to use European websites when I want to look up health information now because they're much less hysterical.

Those are kinda cool! I have one of these, and I love it (but my par light died last year, and I need a new one).

Crap. That's downright safe compared to what we had. We had some sort of old obsolete thing from the 1950s that had been updated by a total newb who actually even wired one of the circuits outside so that it bypassed the electric meter. Thankfully, they updated the panel when they created a circuit ...

Don't watch Elliot: The Littlest Reindeer on Netflix. There is no likable character in the whole thing, and one of the characters is Santa. It's so bad, that I don't even want to write another word

OK. I like to watch shows that I don't have to watch while I'm doing other things. Law & Order is always a good one because you can pretty much pick it up in the middle of any episode and not need to have seen anything and still know what's going on. So I started a show on Netflix called Good Wi...

OK. I didn't watch it for specific scenes. That's just what the description said, and the release date was listed as 1940. But I quit bingeing The Dragon Prince to verify that the scene does not have the black centaur polishing the white centaur's hooves. So I guess it's the original edited version....

They do not have Song of the South, but they have the original Fantasia. There is a content warning on it that reads, "This program is presented as originally created. It may contain outdated cultural depictions."

@Maj do they have Rosswell Conspiracies? Not Disney, so no. And as for Gargoyles: How many Seasons / Episodes to they offer? Three seasons, 78 episodes total (which is all of them, as far as I can tell). And i can't remember right now, was MIB animated and some Ghost Busters Animated not also under...

OK. So I was totally on the fence about getting Disney+, but now that I have it, it's like one constant joygasm. The shows that I watched with my little brother and sister (Ducktales, Darkwing Duck, Gargoyles, Rescue Rangers, Tale Spin) are there and lots of the movies we had on VHS. They should hav...

Note: I am extremely biased towards Christmas, so I am sure that has colored my review. Klaus , on Netflix, is awesome. It's a new take on the origin of Santa, and it is not what I expected. The animation is beautiful. JK Simmons makes a great voice of Santa. And it's chock-full of all the heart-war...

I actually went back and watched the first episode again because my understanding of what was going on didn't match the reviews of the show. And I wanted to make sure that I understood what was actually going on. I have come to the following conclusions: 1) The people posting about the inaccuracy of...

What is the obligation for a fictional TV series to be accurate to reality? I'm currently enjoying the second season of Jack Ryan (Amazon Prime). I really like John Krasinski's portrayal of the character. The story is fun spy shit. It's a good, not entirely brainless romp. The season has gotten bad ...

There is a BBC series called Hustle which is awesome and focuses on a group that runs 'long cons'. They always target people who we, as the audience, feel deserve it. Isn't that the show that inspired the American show, Leverage ? Hustle is a con, but not a big one like the Italian Job. More small ...
