I play LoL (as GD Grumbles) around once a week. I still keep up with what's going on, but I don't have time for gaming ATM. Teemo was OP when the new 3v3 map was released and pretty much every game featured a Teemo. He was nerfed to stop him wrecking on that map. Also, the AP items were buffed, whic...

From experience, my games run much, much better the more prep is put in. With the premade campaigns I run, I do 2-3 hours prep for each session, with probably 10 or so for the first game. I like to prepare useful handouts and gaming aids to keep people engaged. I generally try to have at least one c...

Thanks for the suggestions.
I'm not starting dating for the sex, but for the emotional attachment.
So more starting a relationship, than dating per se, but dates happen anyway :)

Alrighty, So my LTR dissolved with a whimper earlier this year and sometime sooner rather than later I'm going to get back in the dating game. Having not been there in a decade and being somewhat less flush with cash than I was a few months ago, I'm after ideas for decent, cheap dates. Any suggestio...

This thread has reviews of many of the adventure paths.
I'm running one at the moment because it's just easier on DM than a full sandbox. Read the reviews, it seems that there's a number of both hits and misses.

If you want to use the 66 method, you'd be best off using a table like so, but as you've only got 36 entries, rather than the 40 required to match d20, you're going to need to remove entries somewhere. If you do it with 20, 19, 2 and 1, you'll get the correct distribution, but miss out on criticals....

Anything where there is a succession dispute. Why there is a dispute is essentially immaterial. Depending on the time period that you're interested in, the War of the Roses may work out for you. It's well known and there are lots of sources. Having said that, I think that the later Roman Empire woul...

Why would that remove a 5 minute workday? I'm fatigued, I can't cast level 5 any more, let's rest. My preferred solution is a resource which can be considered automatically refreshed after combat. Along the lines of, you can cast 2x level 5, 3xlevel 4, etc. and after combat, (or ten minutes or somet...

I think that the possibility of failing something utterly mundane is not conducive for fun. Having a character decapitate himself while tying a shoe is not good, and given characters will attempt many more insta-win scenarios (tying shoe, buying from shop, stabbinating goblin at level 10, etc.) you'...

An Autism Simulator (Actual Game) seems a fantastic idea to me. I spend too much time trying to get into the heads of autistic kids and colleges. It's nice to have a better idea of what's going on.

Is there a decent book or website or something for bringing me up to speed on what's hip and exciting in the world of philosop...

Except the way he died was illegally overtaking a truck around a blind hairpin, only to meet another truck coming the other direction. I find it infuriating to be expected to have sympathy for someone who does som...

Given that both Ganymede and Titan are larger than Mercury (though have less mass),
I'd look for your answers based on those two. Titan orbits relatively close to Saturn, so I think that it would rather easy to see.

That could be a bad thing. You will need the airflow for cooling.
In any case, you will want to do a search for <cpu type> overclocking,
if only to find out what people are hitting on air, and probably without overvolting.

The PDF is modified to have your name at the bottom of each page.
It's more a threat than an actual prevention of copying.

A quick review: So the original B1 module "In search of the Unknown" is available for free. Fighting off slashdotters and others, I've downloaded the module to see if it's as good as it should be. I've never owned this module, so I'm not sure if there are any changes I should be aware of. ...

I guess this is good. It's far more than you pay for the Pathfinder PDFs, so that makes me a little leery. But it's also significantly less than what you'd pay for the books here in Oz. If they've been processed properly and have decent OCR for the _entire_ book that would make me likely to pick up ...

Also, many sites will have enough users to cause people to add numbers to their name, just to avoid collisions. You could argue that they're just getting in early to make sure that the collisions occur less often.

I'd be putting money on the crappy security measure, though.

but is anyone heading down/up/across to Melbourne for this?
I'm going to be there at least on the Saturday and possibly the rest of the weekend.

Or at least on TGDMB. Possibly vying with Koumei.
