Don't you only get to pick like ten powers or whatever? Some are totally story abilities that don't do anything (you're rich, but this doesn't do anything) and others are "You get to be big and add 2 to your Str whenever you feel like it. Yielding crit successes on all str based checks" 1...

1)Abilities are ballanced by a combination of power up cost and energy cost.
2)What exactly are "mad hacks"
3)Actually the number of actions for players will always be 2 or 3 no player class has a speed of 1
