So my only former RL (for certain definitions of RL) friend - now former friend - is a pro-Nazi shithead. No, there hasn't been a misunderstanding; it just never came up until now. I want to die. No, not to kill myself, but if I could choose to magically be dead right now, that'd have been vastly p...

Is it just me, or is the Infinite space mod making FTL way harder. I don't remember a lot of enemies having 3 shot burst lasers, halberd beams, or type 2 shields in the first fucking sector and now it's legitimately really hard to even get to the first beacon. What the heck? -Username17 Seriously, ...

The score is given by how close you shoot to the center of the target. In this context, a higher bonus will mean more points in the long run.

Re: Roguelikes

Currently I'm playing FTL (with the Infinite Space, and a few other, mods), Sword of the Stars: The Pit, The Binding of Issac, and Red Rogue. FTL is probably the least like a traditional roguelike of the four, in which you upgrade a spaceship and fly around, well, space. It's got a moderately sized...

There is a pretty lone outpost of one or two of them, and one of them has a Minigun.
In a shitty state. With few bullets.

I was wrong, sure, but it's still not worth it.

Sample vile places includes a snorefest of a haunted forest (Note: in D&D forests are either haunted or enchanted, usually both), and a goblin tribe that invented a way to create super-mutant goblins. A cool idea, but I'm not sure why that's "vile", because goblins do that sort of thi...
