Silent Image (and so on) is a Figment, so it only shows something that isn't there (and specifically not voids in place of things that are there) That sounds right now that I think about it, because otherwise silent image is much stronger (and adding a fake visual impression is plausibly distinct f...

Light is entirely visual - I can't see why you couldn't use Silent Image as a torch in a pinch, or to block light from a torch by putting an illusory bucket over it. You sort of can, but you can do the latter much easier and better than the former. There's some subtlety in the description of Silent...

RAW, enlarge person gives a strength check to burst, so if the same rules apply I assume it depends on the strength of the enclosure. Maybe you could then argue your way into saying if the container holds that the material remains shrunken and unharmed. I'm not sure the same rules would apply, thoug...

I was curious about how the single re-roll distribution would look, so I calculated it out. If I didn't mess up, these are the probabilities for a player following optimal re-rolling strategy: Skill 0 Skill 1 Skill 2 Skill 3 Skill 4 DC 10 90.28 95.14 97.21 98.42 99.16 DC 12 76.08 85.01 89.60 92.75 9...

Momo, I think you may have made a mistake. The results for a skill 1 player should be identical between the "highest 4" and "reroll" procedures (assuming binary success and known DC). I have limited understanding of the Anydice syntax, but it looks like it's rerolling even after ...
