The Scorpion guy in the second book had Poison Immunity , and I'm suspecting this guy is equally immune as a callback to that. Also Yaemon also possessed poison immunity, so im pretty sure its an ongoing theme. I didnt consider needles as an option, because i thought it was the obvious trap choice.

I'll forego my usual attempts at trying to divine the ''correct path'' in favor of curiosity.

I believe he is the NPC you encounter the most. books 1,3,5,7 + book2 - mandrake mentions he survived , so this is way too interesting to pass up.
