I'd imagine you'd define it based on relative level kind of like how blasphemy kills you dead if you are sufficiently lower level than the caster and if you are closer it is a disable instead.

GMT -5 and weekend nights are usually busy for me and with my erratic work schedule I'm usually best off Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday after 8 pm.
I'll probably drop out if that causes the most schedule conflict.

At least all their cap only mages are not slow to recruit? Are there any other nations with a H3 that isn't slow to recruit? I know most of the human H3 are slow.

Out of curiosity why was Shadow Walk chosen for the teleport feature? Was it to keep it a utility ability and not an in combat teleportation ability?
