With 3000 gold, we can make level 3 and retire as a merchant :) But we could maybe get that by selling our plate armor when we give up adventuring. I guess if there's no real progression (save perhaps leaving a stash of treasure with the potions and scrolls by the dungeon entrance, for the adventure...

That's twice we've lost out for not picking Folklore like I wanted. I feel vindicated. Talk to our fellow magician. Yeah, you totally called it. I remember it being useless in Heart of Ice, but this land is apparently awash with weird creatures that need to be handled in specific ways. If we die ag...

Wait, let's go back and claim that other urn, it could contain copper pieces and still potentially have enough in it to push us up another level. Let's do it before we claim the sword, so we have a better saving throw on the offchance it's cursed or whatever.

Gorman nods to Urlik and delivers a gruff "thanks". He steals the undead creatures sword first, and strips the remaining undamaged finery from the corpse (along with any jewelry its wearing) if he can convince himself it has any value. Then he peers down the slot of each of the pots, tryin...

Gorman gestures carelessly towards Urlik, and then the corpse. "well, I promised you more food. Dig in, but don't eat anything that looks valuable."

(make the troll trigger this trap/start fighting the undead.)

Room 6 south door, unless that was the weasel room, in which case let's go downstairs. But I'll get behind a vote for one of the corridors to avoid a tie.

So we're all tapped out on this floor apart from one corridor and a trap-corridor, and a trap-room, right? And a giant weasel room? Maybe we should go downstairs. And how much xp are we at right now, anyway? We still have that one unlooted vase, so we should start considering that when we're close t...

Man, what an idiotic view of nature this book has. The mother bear comes back to find some large creature looming over her cub which was previously making pained distressed noises, but the cub apparently explains the situation and we are allowed to leave. I'm fairly certain that's now how bears work...
