You need to insert a word or two in that part I bolded.

Also, just to clarify this for my own satisfaction, a squad doesn't have more HP than an individual creature to which this template is applied, correct?
1) Fixed.
2) No, a squad has 10 times the base creatures hitpoints. Text updated.

Squad (Templete)

Squad (Templete) Sometimes a group of soldiers train together for so long that they function as a single unit, rather than as a group of individuals. Or maybe you just want to let your group kill a hundred orcs without having it take all night. A squad is made up of roughly 10 more or less identica...

I would probably issue a \renewcommand to change the hyperlink command to render normal text for the normal part. If there was anything else that also might need changing, I'd consider defining a \ifbookmode or \ifpdfmode or something and using that to variably define commands as needed. Not 100% su...

Well the non-answer is simply to make another command and use it. I'm not sure it's possible, but there are \if \fi commands in TeX; if there is a \len command (I'm not aware of one), then you could make a command that encompasses both feats with and without requirements, but it'd likely be more wor...

Yeah, this is really why I only wanted to include things of the highest-caliber quality that weren't likely to get changes. The Tome isn't a wiki. Then please, I'm open to suggestions. No hubris, no sarcasm. Wondering what your thoughts are. Also, while you're at it, would you mind looking at the s...

Here's Frank's half-dragon. I suggest including it in the martial prestige class section just after Elothar's class. Also, when someone does the next edition, please move the commands to another file and include them with an input command. That will make the base file much more readable. \classname&...

A comprehensive list of missing sections would be useful if anyone wants them to be fixed. Another possible awesome thing would to be setting up a repository somewhere (with a password available on the site) so anyone could upload/modify content. But I'm not volunteering (to set it up, I would likel...

The armor section could use some work. It'd be great if the bonuses/penalties were listed in with the armor. Also, the sections could use some delineation. I do recall working on this for a longish while, and not having too much luck with bending LaTeX to my will. (well, really, figuring out how to ...

So is the basic idea that it's easier to create as many different kinds of headline and paragraph styles as you want and change them easily? That sounds cool, though the fact that everything looks like a computer program is a little intimidating for me. That's one of its advantages. I still think t...

The beauty of something like LaTeX is that it is highly configurable, and it has an metric to determine how to lay things out, without user input. This means that if you don't attempt any optimization, it should still come out looking pretty decent. There are some other alternatives to LaTeX mention...

Spells need italicizing in the Drow section.

Gnoll's quote: "Lazy Hyena men filled with awesome? Where do I sign!?" is probably supposed to be a quote, and treated as such (surrounded by quotes and italicized).

The problem with giving it one name is that what gets included? I mean, is the community stuff a portion of that? Who has the power to say what gets included under that aegis? Well, ultimately, the person putting together the document has that power. Of course, it's open source, so anyone could put...

I know about the fact that it's in the public domain, but they may wish to clarify the point (or maybe not).

I am married, and I went to a small college, so it's entirely plausible. Small world indeed.

Drop me an email when you finish it all up, and I can update the stuff on the web.

The Book of Gears needs some proofreading, and I've found more quotation mark mistakes, and a .dots for a \dots in "A Little Note on XP Costs".[br][br]In general, proofreading sucks, but it's a necessary evil. I recommend two reads over a section to eliminate most errors.[br][br][br][br]Al...

If one sees someone fall through a bridge, clearly THROUGH and not OVER, I'd say automatic pass on the Will save.

No, you never automatically pass a will save. You may realize that it's an illusion, but knowing it's an illusion doesn't make the illusion go away.
